Today I have a special interview with celebrity nutrition and fitness expert JJ Virgin. In September 2012, she got the call that every parent dreads: her 16-year-old son, Grant, had been the victim of a horrific hit-and-run. His injuries were so severe and his chances of survival so slim that doctors told his family to let Grant die. JJ decided to stop listening to the odds and start expecting miracles instead.

Miracle Mindset tells the moving story of JJ, Grant, and their community as they made the journey from tragedy to healing. This powerful and uplifting memoir offers you an intimate look into the heart and mind of a mother battling for both her son and her own future, plus the lessons she learned that are crucial to a healthy, resilient mindset.
